Puzzlebox 3D as trained and certified by Ultimaker delivers professional service with a personal touch through the Pro Service Plan (PSP). PSP has helped thousands of customers successfully integrate 3D printing into their work environment.
Puzzlebox 3D's PSP includes five distinct services:
On-site support services: In our basic-warranty, you will need to bring your hardware to our service center for troubleshooting. With PSP enjoy on-site support service by our highly trained specialists to
Training Session: Learn the ins and outs your 3D Printer right away, from operating the machine to setting up your workflow, our certified and trained technical team will conduct this 6-hour training session to be done on-site. (for locations outside coverage area - a customized online training session will be conducted)
Priority support: Directly connect with our Pro Service support team thru e-mail, phone and chat services
Hot-swap service: If your 3D Printer needs to be returned to the service center for repair for more than 72 hours, we will immediately swap with a temporary working unit.
Costs covered: Both parts and labor costs are covered for valid warrantied issues (manufacturing defects and excluding consumable items). You will not need to pay any additional labor costs for the duration of your PSP.
*On-site support and on-site training are only applicable for customers in NCR, nearby provinces (Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Pampanga)
*For locations in Greater Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao - Online training will be conducted.
