PolyFlex™ TPU90 is a soft and highly flexible thermoplastic polyurethane filament designed for applications that require excellent elasticity, durability, and impact resistance. With a 90A Shore hardness, it provides greater flexibility than TPU95 while maintaining strong layer adhesion and reliable printing performance. The material can bend, stretch, and recover repeatedly without cracking, making it ideal for soft-touch parts, wearable products, and functional flexible components.
