Unlike traditional high-gloss rainbow filaments that look metallic or candy-coated, the Matte Rainbow variant uses an advanced surface-mattering modifier. Flawless Optical Concealment

The specialized matte finish eliminates the plastic “sheen” common to cheap 3D prints. Because it absorbs light instead of reflecting it, surface flaws, minor under-extrusions, and layer lines disappear entirely.

Warp-Free Large Scale Printing

Because it retains a pure modified PLA base, its isotropic shrinkage rate is exceptionally low. You can print massive, flat-bottomed structures on an open-frame printer without worrying about the corners warping, shrinking, or lifting off the bed.

Breakaway Support Friendly

The internal structure of the matte formulation naturally adheres less aggressively to interface layers. When using grid or tree supports, they snap away with minimal effort, leaving a smooth, flat, unscarred surface underneath.
