Drastic Resistance to Flexing
- Standard PLA is prone to sagging or bending when under a continuous load. By integrating rigid micro-strands of carbon fiber, the material’s flexural modulus shoots up to over 5,400 MPa. This means printed brackets, housings, and mounting plates hold their exact shape under physical stress.
Flawless Layer Concealment
- The random distribution of short-cut carbon fibers breaks up light reflection on the surface of the print. This yields a premium, non-glossy, sandblasted aesthetic texture that makes layer lines almost entirely invisible to the naked eye.
Low Thermal Shrinkage
- Carbon fibers act as an internal structural grid that stabilizes the plastic as it transitions from a molten state to a solid state. This gives it incredibly low shrinkage and near-zero warping, allowing you to print massive, flat-bottomed geometric models directly onto a cold or slightly warm bed without the corners pulling up.
