Introducing ESUN TPU-64D
- TPU64D through the use of special modification methods reduced material processing temperature and improved low-temperature plasticisation and surface smoothness. Additionally, it makes the production line more stable. Higher hardness and lower printing temperatures make TPU less susceptible to softening, so it is no need to worry about the material being too soft, which makes it difficult to feed, and greatly improves the printability of the material, which can be adapted to a wider range of printers and print more complex models. The strength of the model has also been improved
Shatter-Proof Impact Absorption
- Traditional rigid plastics fail under high impact by cracking or snapping. TPU-64D absorbs shock energy through microscopic elastic deformation, making it virtually indestructible under repeated drops, hammer blows, or high-velocity impacts.
High Chemical and Abrasion Resistance
- The polyurethane matrix is naturally resilient against industrial lubricants, motor oils, grease, and fuels. Coupled with its high surface hardness, it resists heavy surface friction, scratching, and tearing far better than softer flexible materials.
Effortless High-Speed Printing
- One of the greatest challenges with standard TPU is its tendency to buckle, jam, or wrap around extruder gears because it is too soft. Because TPU-64D is structurally rigid before melting, it can be printed much faster (often up to $100\text{ mm/s}$ or more) and runs reliably on Bowden-style extruders, not just direct-drive systems.
