The Einscan HX2 is an industrial handheld 3D scanner from the Shining 3D's major series of products. This Einscan model combines two light sources: blue laser and structured light. It is a premium lightweight device with a futuristic and ergonomic design that can be taken to remote sites for scanning.
In contrast to the original HX model, the improved HX2 boasts 26 laser lines instead of 14 alongside increased scanning speed. The latter results in faster and more efficient data capturing as well as overall smoother 3D scanning experience.
The Einscan HX2 boasts high-resolution scans, large scan volume, fast operation speed, advanced software, and a handful of other useful features for truly professional experience in reverse engineering and more. It offers an innovative hybrid system that employs dual blue LED light scanning technology allowing it to enter the rapid 3D scanning mode. Besides, there is a laser scanning mode, which is less sensitive to ambient light, designed to capture dark-colored models and objects with reflective surfaces. Thanks to its built-in color camera, the Einscan HX2 scanner supports full color / texture capturing.
The recommended object size range is between 30 and 300 cm.
