In the year 2025, SHINING 3D held an official onsite training and certification program for the Puzzlebox 3D team, which reiterated their impressive commitment to providing the Philippines with superior and reliable 3D scanning solutions. The session was aimed at developing technicians' capabilities as well as salespersons' , which means that the customers would be given the right information based on the expert's touch.
What We Did
SHINING 3D specialists conducted the training and issued certifications to the technical and sales employees of Puzzlebox 3D through the visit. The programme included setting up the scanner, calibrating it, conducting scans, processing the data, and demonstrating how the technology can be used in different areas such as engineering, manufacturing, and product development among others. The hands-on nature of the training ensured that the team was ready to help clients from their first question through to their support after deployment.
Training Highlights
A detailed presentation of SHINING 3D's latest 3D scanners, such as the EinScan series, FreeScan, and the recently launched Rigil scanner, was one of the main lessons learned during the training. The participants were able to try out the scanner's advanced features, improvements in accuracy, and workflows for specific applications. This allowed them to gain experiential learning with the devices that are intended for high-precision inspections, reverse engineering, and professional-quality 3D data capturing. Besides, the certification further makes Puzzlebox 3D's power to offer authentic SHINING 3D solutions along with factory-level expertise.
