Tethon 3D Bison Flex Ceramic Resin
This flexible ceramic UV curable resin is formulated specifically for Tethon’s Bison 1000 ceramic DLP printer. NOT recommended for other 3d printer platforms. The printed part will be a flexible ceramic polymer composite that can be positioned by stretching, squeezing, etc. and sintered in place to become 100% solid inflexible ceramic.
Tethon 3D Bison High Alumina Resin
This High Alumina (>97%) ceramic UV curable resin is formulated specifically for Tethon’s Bison 1000 ceramic DLP printer. NOT recommended for other 3d printer platforms. Requires post-sintering at 1700C to become fully vitrified.
Tethon 3D Bison Porcelite Ceramic Resin
This porcelain ceramic UV curable resin is formulated specifically for Tethon’s Bison 1000 ceramic DLP printer. NOT recommended for other 3d printer platforms. Requires post-sintering to become 100% ceramic, 95% dense with 5% shrinkage.
Tethon 3D Bison Vitriolite Glass Ceramic Resin
This glass-ceramic (high silica content) UV curable resin is formulated specifically for Tethon’s Bison 1000 ceramic DLP printer. NOT recommended for other 3d printer platforms. Requires post-sintering to become 100% glass-ceramic, 99% dense with approximately 14% shrinkage. Lower firing temperatures are suitable for 5% shrinkage. Please refer to the sintering schedule.
Tethon 3D Castalite Investment Casting Resin
Castalite is a UV curable ceramic resin for use in 3D printing a ceramic shell MOLD for metal investment casting. It can be used on SLA or DLP 3D printers. The 3D printed mold must be kiln fired prior to the metal casting process.
Tethon 3D Cordierite
Cordierite is a UV curable resin containing cordierite ceramic. Cordierite is formulated specifically for the Bison 1000 DLP printer. Using it on other printers is not recommended. One liter bottle.
Tethon 3D Ferrolite Iron Resin 500mL
A UV curable iron resin for SLA or DLP 3D printing. In the green state, the printed object is a magnetically receptive iron polymer composite. Upon sintering, the printed object is 100% iron and not magnetically receptive.
Tethon 3D Genesis Development Resin Base 1L
Genesis® is a photopolymer development resin base. This formulation is used in the development of new UV curing resin materials for 3D printing.
Genesis does not print as is, but can be combined with solid powders, creating a novel 3D print resin. Genesis provides a starting point for photopolymer resin research and development when incorporating solid powders.
Applications for new resin material development exist in many industries including automotive, dentistry, jewelry, biotech and other segments.
Genesis is sold in liter and gallon sizes. Call or EMAIL for 5 gallon or larger containers.
Tethon 3D Graphenite 500ml
Graphenite™ is a UV curable resin containing graphene. This resin was formulated for the Bison 1000 DLP printer. It is not recommended for use with any other 3d printers. 500 ml bottle.
Tethon 3D Mullite Ceramic Resin
One liter of resin containing Mullite ceramic. Recommended for the Bison 1000 DLP 3d printing platform. Printed object must be sintered to become 100% Mullite.
Tethon 3D OsteoHydroxyapatite Resin
500ml bottle of Hydroxyapatite resin for SLA/DLP 3d printing. For RESEARCH USE only.
Tethon 3D Porcelite Universal Ceramic Resin 1L
Porcelite® is a UV-curable ceramic resin. This porcelain photo-curable resin is suitable for 3D printers that utilize SLA, DLP or CLIP technologies with UV wavelengths between 350 and 405 nm.
Porcelite is ideal for objects requiring high resolution details or high heat tolerance. It’s capable of printing at 25 micron layer thickness.
Shrinkage is approximately 14% in equivalent X, Y and Z axes (dependent upon the part geometry). After firing, objects may be glazed with commercially available glazes. Glazed objects are food safe, microwave, oven, dishwasher and freezer safe.
Applications for Porcelite 3D printing include specialized manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, engineering, architecture, design and more.
