- Diameter: 1.75 mm ± 0.03 mm
- Spool weight: 1 kg (~330 m) on a Basic reusable spool, with included desiccant and RFID tag for AMS compatibility
Recommended settings:
- Nozzle: 190–230 °C

- Print speed: Can go up to 300 mm/s with a 0.4 mm nozzle, though slowing down can yield a better gradient smoothness
🔧 Mechanical & Performance Details
PLA Basic Gradient is formulated to match and sometimes exceed PLA Basic. It delivers: Excellent layer adhesion, enhanced toughness, and improved impact strength—Z-axis impact strength measured around 23.8 kJ/m², compared to 6.6 kJ/m² for the standard PLA Basic, indicating much stronger vertical bonding
