Material Characteristics & Performance

  • Heat Resistance: Heat Deflection Temperature (0.45 MPa) around 252–253 °C

  • Dimensional Stability: Low warping and shrinkage thanks to warp-free technology

  • Flame Retardancy: UL94 V0 (1.5 mm thickness)

  • Chemical Resistance: Withstands acids, alkalis, fuels, solvents

  • Moisture Insensitivity: Prints well even on open-bed printers

  • Mechanical Properties (printed specimens):

    • Dry Young’s Modulus: ~5314 MPa

    • Flexural Modulus: ~4647 MPa

    • Tensile Strength (Z‑axis): ~32 MPa

    • Charpy Notched Impact: ~5.3 kJ/m²

  • Additional Thermal Metrics:

    • Glass Transition ≈ 98 °C; Vicat Softening ≈ 268 °C; Flex HDT at 1.8 MPa ≈ 133 °C
